Reserve 01 is a medium dark roast coffee. We blend Australian washed & natural processed coffee from our farm and 2 others to create a rich and complex blend. With notes of chocolate and fruitcake, this is a must try for any black coffee drinker that enjoys the rich coffee flavours of naturally processed coffee.

I have been drinking Reserve 01 coffee for nearly 25 years now after a friend introduced me to it – I love the taste of Reserve 01 espresso: rich, with fruitcake notes as the description says, but a hint of chocolate. It drinks really well as a doppio (double espresso) (or with milk, if you’re so inclined, but I’m not!).
I’ve tried lots of other roasts – and many are interesting and an experience worth having – but this is the coffee that I keep on coming back to.

We have house guests at the moment, who offered to put their own beans in our grinder. I’m sure they meant well – but I haven’t chosen my favourite Australian grown coffee and keep on coming back to it just to have something else in my morning doppios.
I asked them to feel free to have as many coffees as the liked, as I’d be ordering again soon, and to enjoy my favourite coffee as much as I do.
