Zero Mile is our medium dark roast offering with coffee from our farm only. What makes this single origin coffee unique is the fact that it contains coffee with 2 different processing methods. 2/3’s are our washed process and the other 1/3 is our naturally processed coffee from the same farm. The coffee we grow produces naturally lower levels of caffeine. Caffeine is a natural pesticide for Arabica coffee trees to protect itself in the wild against threats. In Australia, we don’t have those pest & diseases in Australia, and therefore our coffee is roughly 25% lower in caffeine than the rest of the world. Another unique quality is our terrior, or ‘taste of place’. Coffee grown in our region has been identified to have a sweet chocolate body with fruity notes and low acidity.

This is one of my top picks, hot or cold brewed. Absolutely loving that it’s home grown and it has a great flavor to boot. Definitely can taste the hint of chocolate, perfect for a mocha lover like me.

Really enjoy this coffee. Great flavour and slightly lower caffeine; you get the taste without the jitters. Give it a try!

A few months back I purchased a DeLonghi cold espresso machine. While making the usual espressos we have come to love and enjoy, the cold shot is sweet and beautifully flavoured. My recent purchase of Zero Mile beans teamed with the cold extraction method flings you into coffee nirvana; even better than my regular Matilda hot shots.

A good strong coffee that’s full of flavour and I love that it’s Australian grown. One of my favourites!
